Great Charger with a few quirks | ||||

First off, great charger that charges multiple devices and takes up fairly small footprint. I own 3 of these and am happy with them. Now the bad. While the tips are mostly good, they include either outdated or dead technologies. Would be better if they allowed you to choose you own tips. They are $10 each from IDAPT. Hopefully they will go on sale here soon. Second, I am less than comfortable about how my phone sits while charging. I always feel like I am one misdirected hand slap away from breaking the charging port on my phone. This has not happened, and I have bumped it quite a few times, so I may be worrying for no reason. Another small quirk is that depending on your device, some sit screen out so that you can see the screen (s3) and some sit screen in so that the device faces backwards--annoying for an expensive dock. Overall, I am happy with it and use one at work and one at home with a spare that travels with me on vacation. I like that they are future proof as you can swap out tips, even at a cost. |
