Pros:	Good suction to windshield excellent fit for phone with or without shell
Cons:	-

My congratulations to the genius who realized these mounts that allow charging need to be used with or without a protective shell on the phone. This mount has an added sleeve that fits the naked phone just right. Put a hard case on the phone and remove the sleeve and the phone inside the case fits just right. I previously had a Droid with a desk charger similar to this item, but if i wanted to use it i had to remove the hard case - which anyone can tell you is a pain and a half even if the case doesnt just snap in two.
