Good Value Case

Pros:	Low Price, Includes Screen Protector
Cons:	No Hard Material Reinforcement

As far as cases under $20 this is the best I have found in my search for whats available locally to compare. Very basic silicone case with all buttons covered except 2D/3D toggle. Included screen protector seems to be of decent quality, is clear, and does not affect touchscreen use but only time will tell how long it lasts. Being OtterBox it should last for a long time and not wear of break easily. The only con is there is no hard material used in conjunction with the soft case but this is there entry level case and you cant expect everything.

This is what you buy when as a quick cover for your phone.
If you want real protection buy the OtterBox Defender Series case.
It has a two piece hard shell with BUILT-IN screen protector, a rubbery outer cover with flaps over switches and holes, and last but not least it has a two piece holster with kickstand that holds your phone with the case on.
