Star Star Star Star Star Awesome!
User: Dave Bowen, Jun 13, 2011
Pros: great sound, very comfortable & good battery life
Cons: Seem to have to Disconnect & Unpair a lot. Not sure if its the phone or the headphones
Bought these to listen to Sirius/XM app on my phone. They battery last about 7-8 hours (Awesome) and charge up very quickly. Very comfortable and most of the time forget they are even there. I use them everyday and all day long. Ive had some issues with the conectivity but Im not sure if its the phone or the headphones. I highly recommend these and once I wear this set out I will buy another set.

i think there fantastic. the great thing is the wireless aspect. they might not have the clarity or depth of range as my bang & olufsens wired set but they do sound very good. much more freedom without the wire. ive gotten used to the wire around the neck hitting my clothing. not too bad. i can now put them on and adjust in about 10 seconds. the four star is because, is there anything really perfect?
Star Star Star Star Star BEST SOUNDING BEST FITTING BLUE TOOTH STEREO OUT THERE
User: TED MOYER, Apr 26, 2010
Pros: SOUND QUALITY AND VOLUME, FIT, LIGHT WEIGHT
Cons: POOR RANGE, ACTIVITY OF SOURCE CAUSES SOUND TO BREAK IN AND OUT
ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL "INCREDIBLE" SOUND ALSO VERY LOUND RARELY USE ON FULL VOLUME

FIT IS CUSTOMIZED AND SHOULD FIT ANYONE IN ANY WAY

ONLY ONE COMPLAINT AND HAVE NOT DECIDED IF ITS ENOUGH TO RETURN AND GO WITH SOMETHING ELSE. RANGE IS MAYBE 20 FEET OF CLEAR SPACE. JUST WAXING MY CAR WITH MY PHONE ON THE ROOF OF THE CAR THE SOUND WOULD BREAK IN AND OUT WHEN I WOULD MOVE MY HEAD DOWN LOW

POOR RANGE, ACTIVITY OF SOURCE CAUSES SOUND TO BREAK IN AND OUT
SOUND QUALITY AND VOLUME, FIT, LIGHT WEIGHT

OVERALL THE UNIT IS BETTER THAN THE MOTO S9, S9-HD, AND S305

Star Star Star Star Star Very Uncomfortable
User: Ed VanHalen, Apr 5, 2012
Pros: -
Cons: The earbuds just DONT fit.
This would be a great bluetooth device, but it has big problems. The ear buds are way to big and pop out of the ears constantly. The device plays a "Connected" "Unconnected" game though out the day. If you have them on and your in an important conversation, you can guarantee this thing will be telling you that its unconnected and connected right in the middle. 80 Bucks is way more than what these things are worth. It looks like Plantronics wont make other sets of earbuds, but they are coming out with the BackBeat Go that has addressed this problem. Save yourself some money and hassle. Ive already had to get a warranty return on these things.
Star Star Star Star Star Back beat 930+ with Andoid 4
User: j P, May 5, 2011
Pros: Great fit , great sound
Cons: Dont work properly with Andriod 4
Bought these when I had an iphone 3g, worked amazing, got an
HTC Inspire 4 AT&T and they no longer work properly. It turns out these were designed with iphone in mind. The Android has connection problems and doesnt work with all the functions. Especially the caller id, ring function.
Until there is a firmware update, I would choose another brand for
android.
Star Star Star Star Star Cannot hear music on G1
User: J Vill, Apr 1, 2010
I purchased this product because I could use it on my G1 and my iPod, as the salesperson told me. I purchased the one with the bluetooth adapter for my iPod and the sound was great!!! However, I couldnt hear music through my G1. The connection on my phone stated that both phone and audio were connected to the headset. I could make and hear my phone calls through it and the reception was very clear. I went to a T-mobile dealer to find out why the headset couldnt transmit the music either through the radio or the saved songs on the phone. She told me that this headset wasnt compatible with the music application on my phone. I am returning the product because I want one headset that I could use on both the iPod and the G1. This is the reason I rated the product as a 2 out of 5 stars.
Star Star Star Star Star An average users opionion.

Pros: Light Weight, foldable
Cons: Weak Sound, too hard to put on.
My comparison is this headset to a Motorola S9-HD
Cons:
The headset takes too much adjusting to put on. It is fine, if you leave it on for a long period of time, but I take my headset on and off alot. The volume button sits to close to the ear, making it not quickly adjustable for volume and track selection. Bass boost sucks. The open mic concept, it works well, however I find people are confused or annoyed by the fact I have the headsets on when speaking with them. So being polite, I take the headset off which leads back to issue #1. The reception is no better or worse than the S9-HD, both have issues if your device is on a belt clip holster or rear pocket. I like the sound quality of the S9-HD better, the Backbeats have a "tinny" sound, where the S9-HD has more deep sound.
