Pros:	keeps the Razr slim n dresses it up even more.
Cons:	none.

Fits the Razr very good . Keeps it slim like the Razr was meant. Holster keeps the phone protected on your belt.

Pros:	Tough, slim, very easy to get out of holster
Cons:	plastic can crack on sides

I have this same type holster on my Droid X. it has lasted 2 year no problem. only thing is the swivel clip if you snag the holster on something, it breaks off. I had to glue it back on in the position I wanted it. still works fine.

Going to buy this when I get the RaZR
