I prefer a vertical cradle instead of a horizontal one. This one does the job though. My Samsung Galaxy S 4G (T-mobile) fits into the cradle nicely. It slips right onto the usb connection on the cradle pretty easily. Its not exactly perfect though. Usually I have to be a little careful to make sure that it goes onto the connection okay. It is nice to have a cradle though. I havent tried the audio out as it sits on my bedside table and dont have any speakers there to try it on. I just need it for a convenient way to hold and charge my phone overnight. I dont like having the cable alone as it keeps falling off of the table and then I have to fish behind it to find the cable. With this cradle, I just slip the phone right onto the cradle. No fishing for cords. Its like plugging your phone in without having to use both hands. Quick and convenient. |

| Purchased mine as soon as it was available from the Samsung store. Could never get the audio jack to work. After several weeks of playing with it and several calls to Samsung support was fiannaly told "the audio jack will not work until you update your phone to 2.2". And he said it like it was my fault I had not yet updated. As soon as Froyo is pushed out this will go to 5 stars. | |||||

It would be so much better if I didnt have to take the phone out of the case. And that should have been built in already. |
