It seems to have doubled my use time. Hard to tell as Im very inconsistent with my data use. Size? Coming from the old Nextel camp it makes the Hero feel much more like a REAL phone. (g) Little thicker and a little heftier. As for the door, I finally got so tired of it popping off when I put it in a case or taking it out that I resorted to applying clear electrical tape on both sides to hold it in place. Much thinner plastic than the original. Been working fine for almost a year (with the occasional replacement of the tape). It works and is not THAT bad looking. (Like I care bout looks!) |

I am so happy that my phone lasts forever now. I reasonably expect my phone to go from 7am until 10pm without needing a charge. Thats with 4 hours of Pandora playing and another 3-4 hours of internet/app usage. I do use a task manager often to ensure longevity. The case is bad, it doesnt not fasten snug like the original and sometimes it will pop off in my pocket. It also feels cheap, very cheap. Summary: More than twice the phone time, fat boy phone, annoying back cover. Worth it for me because I need to use time. |
