Seidio Innodock Jr. Desktop Cradle
Reviewed by Ali Fazel
The Seidio Innodock Jr. Desktop Cradle for Sprint HTC Evo 4G was one of the first desktop cradles to come out for the Sprint Evo 4G, and as such it holds a special place in the section of my heart reserved for gadget accessories.

The cradle is designed to support your Evo with or without a case -- and even if you use an extended battery. Also included in the package is a male-to-male USB cable that plugs into the back of the dock and into a charger or USB port on your PC. That may seem a tad odd, but it also allows you to swap it out for a longer one if you need more reach. All that, plus the convenience of a desktop dock for your phone, make this a very nice thing to have sitting on your desk at work, while your co-workers walk past and turn green with envy at your setup.

Star Star Star Star Star Great for the price
User: Jesse Thayer, Nov 17, 2010
Pros: -
Cons: Doesnt make use of the HDMI port
I have been using this dock for a couple months now and I love it. Its not very difficult to insert and remove the phone from the dock, and it makes using the phone while plugged in (charging) simple. The only feature I wish it had was a slot for HDMI as well. Unfortunately, you cant get everything you want. Its great for what youll pay, though.
Star Star Star Star Star The Innodock Jr. Desktop Cradle Works Perfectly with the EVO 4G

It is easy to pop the EVO into the cradle. I am doing one at work, one at home, and one mounted in my car. Perfect!
Star Star Star Star Star Nice Stand, Poor Charger
User: Peter S, Oct 27, 2010
Pros: Nice stand for viewing and syncing
Cons: Does not charge the battery
This dock holds your EVO nicely upright. Although its slightly awkward to insert the USB plug into the phone you will get the hang of it after a few times. I wouldnt mind a slightly heavier or wider base but it works fine. My problem is that, although mine is pluged into a powered USB hub, it does not recharge the phone. The charging light comes on but it just does not charge battery.
Star Star Star Star Star Its a dock but..
User: Matthew , Aug 31, 2010
Pros: Its a docking station for your phone.
Cons: Not very sturdy, pretty, or heavy.
You would expect a docking station to have the consistency and solidity of a paperweight but this is the opposite. Its a plastic base with a USB plug and reclining wall. This dock does not get points for design. It has an ugly sticker on the front that is used to mark the LED light on the front as a power indicator. I dont think it should even have a sticker or even need a power light. The design obviously is meant to cater to many phones after some minor adjustments but I think they should have done more to make it feel worthy to use with my smart phone.
Star Star Star Star Star Hard to get on or off cradle
User: Stephen M, Jul 13, 2010
holds the phone in an upright position, dont have to search for cord on ground..

hard to get on and off cradle, cradle does not stick to surface (like touchstone), Power light is obnoxious..
