Perfect fitting, adds a little extra grip when holding the phone, and the color is a little more subtle than other cases. Very good product.

Pros:
Excellent phone coverage, Excellent clip, easy to insert and remove phone, MUCH easier than the Verizon slide in case/holster
Cons:
SLIGHTLY and I mean slightly slippery compared with the Verizon/Motorola case/holster (but the Seidio sleeker and slimmer).

Put my Verizon/Motorola case/holster in the drawer..may return it as Seidio easier to get in and out of case and in and out of clip.
PS: No interference or issues when used with docking stand.
